Namaste PD,
Seeing as how you are now a regular member of the forum, I thought I would give you an avatar image. I hope you don't mind. You can of course change it to anything you want. Simply take a look at your Profile and upload any suitable image. _________________ Namaste,

Currently, I'm completing my education (finished 12th) at Hyderabad, India; my city of birth.
I spent my first 8 years of childhood in Delhi, studying in Jhabban Lal DAV public school. So far it has been the only time I was introduced to vedic activities such as yajna and others as such. Ved pāṭh (वेद् पाठ्) was one subject I hated the most and never made sense to me, although now I regret for not having paid attention to the subject. I then came back to hyderabad and studied in hyderabad while my dad worked in malayasia, and I had encountered interesting hindu related information much more in malayasia than in India. Followed by that, 3 years in sharjah, where I had learnt the suppression of hindus and indians and had infused a sense of patriotism and protection of heritage. I finished my 10th in sharjah and then came to hyderabad and am residing here now, intrigued by works of who i call "the four elements" - Dayananda, Vivekananda, Sivananda, Aurobindo. One accustomed to their works might understand what my faith is as well - each of those subjects are totally different from the other three in one way or the other.. |

Namaste Prabhat,
I read it as name of god to mean 'free like a falcon', supposed to be in vedas. Shishya corrected me and said it means a falcon itself. _________________
